Arcadia is a new literary journal brought to you by the MFA program at the University of Central Oklahoma.  We are currently accepting submissions for our first issue, which will be out in the spring of 2010.  Our editors are interested in high quality fiction, poetry and drama that possess a strong voice, understand the role of place in literature, and demonstrate an understanding of form.  Outside of these criteria, we are interested in anything and everything that stimulates the head and heart.  We’re looking for submissions from both established and emerging writers, but are particularly interested in helping young writers establish their voices within the literary community.
